Do you think your feelings? Are you in the habit of ‘thinking’ your feelings?
How would know if you did? Are you aware of the difference between thinking them and actually feeling them? There was a time when I was so adept at thinking my feelings that I actually believed I was feeling them. I had no idea that you could actually 'think' your feelings until the process of deep embodiment began.
